Saudi Arabia Hosts Foreign Leaders To Discuss Hike In Oil Prices

Saudi Arabia's oil minister, Khalid al-Falih met with both Venezuelan President Nicolas Madura and Russian oil minister Alexander Novak to discuss limits on oil production that would raise oil prices. Goodwill abounded but real progress seems elusive.
